Category No’s Salary in Dhrms Job description 1 Sr. A/c technician ITI / Diploma with 5+ yrs of Experience in the same field 12 1400 - 1600 1.Maintenance of all types AC Units (Package units ,Split AC ,Chiller, Chilled water Pumps, Cooling tower , AHU, FAHU and FCUs). 2.Carrying out yearly, monthly & weekly PPM for HVAC Equipment’s.                                                                 3.Trouble shooting transducer’s level sensors, Pressure switches of HVAC system. 2 A/c technician Iti / diploma with 4 yrs of experience in the same field 15 1000 - 1300 3 Asst a/c technician Iti with 2 - 3 yrs of experience in the same field 09 900 - 1000 4 Electrician Minimum 05years experience in facilities maintenance. Preferably in uae. 10 1000 - 1300 1.Maintenance work on all low voltage, electrical and instrumentation systems. 2.High exposure in motor starter, PLC controls, VFD & distribution system. 3.Adequate Training certifications in Controls and Electrical systems 5 Plumber Minimum 05years experience in facilities maintenance. Preferably in uae. 15 1000 - 1300 Working experience in Multi-storey buildings 6 F/ CARPENTER Minimum 05years experience in Facilities Maintenance. Preferably in UAE. 10 1000 - 1300 Working experience in Multi-storey buildings, handling highly sensitive facilities and modern equipment 7 Mason Minimum 05years experience in facilities maintenance. Preferably in uae. 15 1000 - 1300 Working experience in Multi-storey buildings, knowledge in ceramic tile works, installations works etc.
