Fabricator
– Pressure Vessels: 20
Multi-skilled
fabricators (ITI) with minimum experience of 7 years in the fabrication of
heavy pressure vessels, Columns, Bullets, Reactors etc. Should be familiar with
fabrication shop practices in compliance with ASME requirements with reputed
companies like L & T, ISGEC, BHEL, Godrej, Cethar, Thermax etc. Shall be
capable of reading fabrication drawings / orientation marking, dimensioning,
handling of materials, inspection and testing. Candidates with prior experience
in fabrication of clad & heavy wall vessels will be preferred.
Grinder
cum Gas Cutters: 20
ITI
with 5 years’ experience in a fabrication shop for pressure vessels. Should be
capable to do all general grinding works (heavy wall piping grinding, Nozzles
cut out grinding, gas cutting etc.). Candidates shall also be able to do chip
back grinding, gas cutting and pug cutting for pipes & plates.
Welders
/ Operators SAW / ESSC (Cladding): 11
SAW
Welders with experience in automatic welding (SAW) of heavy fabrications in
Pressure vessels / piping.
ESSC
/ Clad welders must be from an established Fabrication shop (from L & T,
Cethar, BHEL, Godrej etc.) with valid welder card and have clear history of
clad welding (Inconel, DSS, SS etc) inside pressure vessels, columns and
reactors.
Welders
– GTAW / SMAW: 20
Welders
qualified in full GTAW & SMAW process capable of producing 100% x ray
quality position welds in field / site condition. Should have minimum 5 years’
experience in 6G welding of CS / LTCS / SS / Alloy steel / Inconel / DSS
materials especially in heavy wall pressure vessel / large volume piping
fabrication
Operator
– Machines: 5
Multi
– skilled operators with 7 years of core experience in operating machines such
as Radial Drilling, Lathe, Milling machines etc. For machining of precision
components for O & G application shall be capable of reading machining drawings,
dimensioning, inspection and testing.
Electricians
– Machinery Maintenance: 5
ITI
Electrical & must have experience in electrical maintenance &
troubleshooting of WS machineries such as Rolling machine, EOT cranes, Lathes,
CNC burner, welding machines, magnetic drilling machines & hand tools such
as grinders. Capable to do cable jointing & cable termination
Mechanic
– Machinery Maintenance: 6
ITI
& must have experience in mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting of
WS machineries such as rolling machines, EOT cranes, mobile compressors,
Lathes, CNC burner, welding machines, magnetic drilling machines & hand
tools such as grinders
Office
Boys: 2
Housekeeping
offices, cleaning toilets, managing pantry, Xeroxing, documents receipt /
dispatches etc.)
Blaster
& Painters: 10
Must
be multi – skilled who could handle both blasting & painting. Blaster must
be sand blasters and painters must have Heavy Duty Airless Spray painting (of
pressure vessels, storage tanks etc.) experience of minimum 5 – 6 years. Candidates
with experience in GRE, Glass flake
Carpenters:

Candidates
with experience in new furniture fabrication, finishing carpentry &
repairs. Must have experience in build or repair of cabinets, doors,
frameworks, floors and other wooden fixtures used in office
buildings using woodworking machines, carpenter’s hand tools and
power tools should possess good knowledge of Gypsum carpentry works (Gypsum
ceilings / Partition).
Plumber:

ITI
qualified with minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and basic MEP works.
Must be competent enough to comprehensively do the repair & maintenance of
plumbing system & its components (PVC, GI, CU etc.) to avoid any
malfunctions and repairs or replaces when necessary.
AC
Mechanic: 3
Should
be ITI holder (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with minimum 3 years of
experience in carrying out routine maintenance, repair and cleaning of AC’s.
Should be experience to install, inspect, maintain and repair all kind of air
conditioners.
Driver
– HD: 4
Heavy
Duty drivers with valid GCC driving license for driving big bus, trailers and
trucks.
Hydro
Test Technician: 3
Mechanical
technicians having experience in hydro testing & pneumatic testing
activities of equipment, heat exchangers, piping lines & vessels. Having
basic knowledge on the mechanical fittings, fasteners, gaskets, pressure
gauges, chart recorders hydro testing procedures. Experience in flushing, bolt
torqueing, tensioning & commissioning activities will be preferable.
