Countable for managing a team of

Accountable for managing load of
400+.
Will be responsible for managing
stock of the facility.
Engage with assigned team member
on daily basis to ensure improvement of quality and productivity.
Daily briefing and performance
management of Das, delivery %, customer complaints, monitoring fuel,
incentives etc.
Daily reconciliation of cash and
stock.
Liaison with other team leader,
customer care and city manager to ensure we are getting desired outcome.
Training to assigned delivery
associates of App and customer managing skills.
Ensuring attrition is in control
Own the delivery center metrics
for the routes he manages.
Monitors the Das and comes up with
ideas to improve delivery performance.
