Candidates
will have seasonal / unseasonal
business, sometime the seasonal business will continue for 6 month (or) 8 months based on the
temperature will decide this accordingly but the work will be there
for 12 months.
In season time the good
worker(earning capacity should be based on their working attitude) can earn
more than OMR 110 – 140 Per month including the basic salary, 7 days
works and there is no holiday (if
suppose any worker is absent on any days, will consider as leave and deduct
from his monthly salary. If any worker got sick in that case he is eligible for
sick leave with basic salary if our company doctor declares him sick) working
hours should be not less than 12 hours For
those working on Fridays, we pay Overtime at 1.25% from their Basic salary. When
the temperature is high and there is no activity on the farm except some
maintenance work.
