Candidates
from South Indian we need as a Mix.
In Season time Basic salary
should be RO 55 + RO 85 (Allowance) = RO140-/ Per Month 12hrs duty and there is
no holiday.
In Unseasonal time Basic Salary
should be RO 55 + RO 65 (Allowance) = RO120 -/-Per month 9hrs duty and there is
no holiday
Two way air ticket will be paid
once in 2 years with 2 months paid leave. Medicals, insurance, conveyance will
be taken care by the company accommodation and food will be provided by
the company.
In case the candidate leave the
company before completion of two years, you will be required to pay-back all
expenses incurred in recruiting you, which includes cost of visa, work permit,
medicals etc.,
(if suppose any worker is absent
on any days, will consider as leave and deduct from his monthly salary. If any
worker got sick in that case he is eligible for sick leave with basic salary if
our company doctor declares him sick)
The seasonal business will continue for 6 month (or) 8
months based on the temperature will decide this accordingly but the work
will be there for 12 months.
