Nature
of work for General Helpers
1) Daily working hours is 12 hrs ,
out of that u will get 2 hours OT compulsory
2) You have to work in a month 2
Friday compulsory without any Absent
3) They have to work hard and long
hours i.e 12 hours or more a Day if required
4) They have to work 14days night
and 14days day shift
5) To work in machine for packing of
components
6) To work in machine for bundling
of pipes
7) To work as Helper and lifting of
cartons from one place to another
8) To work as Helper and lift raw
material bags from one place to another in Trolley
9) To work as Helper and lift the
plastic products packed in carton from one area to another in trolley
10) To work in loading area and
load the material in vehicles
11) To go with vehicle for loading
and unloading the cartons / bags / pipes
12) They have to work under hot
climate of gulf
13) They have to work as housekeeping
in Factory
14) They have to work as per company requirement and terms and conditions and company can
change from time to time department work.
15) The candidate should not take
Alcohol drinks / smoking in the accommodation not outside.

inside the Factory Campus with other general helpers in the industrial area
2) Free medical insurance card
with specified medical treatment.
3) Free Transportation Facility
from factory to Accommodation and Factory
4) Free COT/BED/BLANKET/PILLOW/BEDSHEET
5) Once in a two year annual
leave with 60days , along with paid leave and return air ticket.
6) Increment will be once in a 2
years and Employement contract will be renewed once in a 2 years

NO FOOD will be provided by the company

kitchen will be provided by company with gas stove & cylinder ( gas charges
to be paid by individual), individual have to buy their kitchen utensils by
their own (or) u can prepare your own food or you can get the food from outside
mess
