DFAC Supervisor
|
Provide a Supervisor for each shift
and an alternate for each Air Force DFAC listed in Attachment 0019 to direct
work, be responsible for the performance of their respective shift, to ensure
to meet the specified performance standards. A DFAC Supervisor shall be
on-site while shift is working. Must have knowledge utilizing Army Food
Management Information System (AFMIS).

Stock Clerk (Rations)
|
The contractor personnel shall be
responsible for off-loading/loading delivery trucks for all subsistence from
prime vendor deliveries to include bottled water, ice and charcoal. The
contractor personnel shall be responsible for ordering, receiving, storing,
and rotating all food subsistence and supplies received and issued by the
Rations Warehouse.

Headcounter/Cashier
|
The headcounter is responsible for
accurately accounting for each individual admitted to the dining facility for
a meal. The headcount will, at all times visually check each person’s CAC (ID
card) entering the dining facility to determine meal entitlements.
Individuals authorized to eat without paying will show their ASG-KU Blue Meal
Card, stamped orders, or their stamped LOA.

Cook II
|
The Cook prepares food, using
various cooking methods, i.e., boiling, roasting, baking, broiling, to make
suitable for eating. The Cook II prepares in large quantities, by various
methods of cooking, meat, poultry,
fish, vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish and poultry, boils, steams or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews. |

Cook I
|
The Cook prepares food, using
various cooking methods, i.e., boiling, roasting, baking, broiling, to make
suitable for eating. The Cook I independently performs moderately difficult
tasks in preparing small quantities
of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads and other similar items. |

Baker
|
The Baker applies full knowledge of
baking trade and is responsible for producing standard baked goods such as
bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, biscuits, muffins, and various types of
puddings, and ice cream or sherbets.

Food Service Worker
|
Food service personnel, who work
where unsealed food or drink is handled, processed, prepared, or served, and
who touch food or food contact surfaces in any way. Any person who transports
food or food containers, or engages in food preparation or service or comes
in contact with any food, utensils, or equipment (other than food in unbroken
protective packages).
