Monitor critical activities
based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Prepares & submit updated
work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress & identity areas
of weakness and establishes means & methods for recovery, if any, as well
as new critical activities.
Verifies critical path &
interfaces between design / engineering / procurement / execution updates the
schedule based on inputs received from project team.
Report to the Project Manager
about the current work progress and make comparison between plan & actual
progress & study impact of alternative approaches to work.
Participate in project meetings
7 discussion with the clients as required.
Assists in preparing work
program, cash flow & manpower histogram for tenders.
Performs other Duties &
responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
