maintenance plan, review maintenance plans and ensures all maintenance
activities are in line with PETROCHEMICAL Engineering standard and
International Standards, and where standards are not available maintains
Manufacturers’ recommendations and/or Good engineering practices.
■Effectively participate in RBI/RCM/ RCA, Sustainability, TA and ESD,
critical activities and ensures the action for implementation of the
recommendations ■ Develop, review & optimize Maintenance
scope and aspects. ■ To review and provide input in Risk assessment /
MOC / Capital Projects, Project Review Meetings to ensure the Engineering
Package covers all the maintenance requirements and extend full support and
participate in the execution of plant MOC / PSSR for proper implementation.
■To review the TA packages and ensure the completeness of the packages scope,
adequate resources identified, spares availability, schedule feasibility etc.
■To ensure the availability/ review / update of SMPs / SOPs for related plant
equipment and prepare new as and when required. ■Develop and review
maintenance scope of work ■ To ensure the reduction in breakdowns, provide
guidance of SAP; Increase the mean time between failures of equipment. ■
