Maintenance Engineer

Knowledge about the Basic processes for Routine maintenance works as a planning directions. >Provide quality scheduling services for turnaround work requests, major maintenance and emergency, shutdown activities. Support and coordinates with customers to ensure plant continuous operation and achieve optimum plant maintenance performance in a cost effective manner. >Generate weekly and Daily Schedule in a planned manner to utilize all available resources fully and allocate accordingly in line with multi-week rolling plans and a Daily Schedule during execution. >Review weekly schedule and based on the requirement for each day for minor changes in the schedule. Above may be due to unit production requirement, equipment availability, resource Issues, emergency, and EHSS related maintenance requirement. >Work with the Operation TA/Emergency/Major Maintenance Coordinator /Focal to link each individual Plan into the Process Shutdown and Start-up Plans > Establish a proactive communication with Services section regarding the availability of services and materials as they are critical to effective scheduling of maintenance work.§Review available Resource and level the resources based on the requirement and workload.  >Always highlight the critical paths and hindrances that may result in schedule failure. >           Generates report and follow up on daily basis during the execution and monitor the progress in the field and help the team with late minute changes and highlight progress delay. (15 Years)§ Prepare and handover execution package, schedule, and establish follow up actions. §Review and investigate the root cause for Scheduled job breaks. Routine Planning Engineer
Provide Maintenance Engineering support and expertise to Maintenance Department in particular and all other departments of Al-Bayroni in general to fulfill their objectives. •Prepares technical reports and studies as directed by Management. • Participates in plant modifications and other projects as directed by Management. •           To provide support to Maintenance and Operation crew for routine, shutdown/turnaround troubleshooting and develop quality plans. •Continuously monitor and devise strategy for the PM, spare parts, SMPs and increase the availability of equipment for the plant performance ■To provide guidance to Supervisors and Technicians, as and when required for attending the breakdown, preventive maintenance, TA, obsolescence and spare parts. Ensures the effective execution of work processes and with full compliance to PETROCHEMICAL MEMS. ■Lead major maintenance troubleshooting team in related plants and ensure problem root causes eliminated. Provide advice and consultancy support to Area Maintenance Manager. ■Identify Maintenance Gaps and ensure gaps are closed. ■ Ensure effective implementation of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plan, review maintenance plans and ensures all maintenance activities are in line with PETROCHEMICAL Engineering standard and International Standards, and where standards are not available maintains Manufacturers’ recommendations and/or Good engineering practices. ■Effectively participate in RBI/RCM/ RCA, Sustainability, TA and ESD, critical activities and ensures the action for implementation of the recommendations ■   Develop, review & optimize Maintenance scope and aspects. ■  To review and provide input in Risk assessment / MOC / Capital Projects, Project Review Meetings to ensure the Engineering Package covers all the maintenance requirements and extend full support and participate in the execution of plant MOC / PSSR for proper implementation. ■To review the TA packages and ensure the completeness of the packages scope, adequate resources identified, spares availability, schedule feasibility etc. ■To ensure the availability/ review / update of SMPs / SOPs for related plant equipment and prepare new as and when required. ■Develop and review maintenance scope of work ■ To ensure the reduction in breakdowns, provide guidance of SAP; Increase the mean time between failures of equipment. ■ Ensure updated checklists are used and provide SAP team to update checklist reference in SAP.
